Renewable chemicals & fuels

RIED is deploys and integrates the Advanced Recycling Plant (ARP) as solution to meet the needs for reduced waste costs, increased recycling rates, and demands for renewable / low-carbon chemicals and fuels. The ARP can be customized to produce a variety end products from a carbonaceous waste stream including but not limited to:
Renewable natural gas (RNG)
High purity low to negative carbon fuel. Meet carbon reduction goals without the replacement of existing natural gas infrastructure.
Learn more
Renewable methanol
Valuable feedstock for making a variety of products and chemicals including 100% recycled plastics. Ideal clean burning fuel for marine propulsion and COGEN system.
Learn more
renewable gasoline
Low sulfur renewable fuel that generates carbon credits and Renewable Identification Numbers (RINs)
Learn more
Renewable dimethyl ether
Used in the manufacture of pharmaceuticals and photographic films. Most common use is spray can propropellant. Soot free and biodegrable diesel fuel substitute.
Learn more
renewable ammonia
Low-carbon manufacturing of nitrogen based fertilizers from animal and other agricultural wastes.
Learn more
renewable hydrogen
Low to negative-carbon hydrogen production. H2 is critical for the refining of petrochemicals and is commonly used in fuel cells.
Learn more
CO2 to Renewable Chemicals
Low energy catalysts to convert CO2 into chemicals such as methanol, glyoxylic acid, glycolic acid, formic acid.
Learn more
renewable heat & power
On-site COGEN or grid connected power.
